Sedona Family Health provides care to a full range of patients including children, adolescents, adults and elderly.

Health/Wellness physicals are provided to patients across the age span, as well as school, work and Department of Transportation physicals. Acute illnesses (infections and injuries) are treated, as well as chronic, long-term conditions (hypertension, diabetes, etc.). House calls for established patients.

We respect your time and will make every effort to see you as close to your appointment as possible.

We will take time to listen to your concerns and make sure you understand your treatment plan.

When needed, diagnostic testing and referral appointments will be made in a timely manner.


Appointments

Appointments are scheduled according to the information provided when you call. That time period is blocked off especially for you. If you cannot keep an appointment please notife us 24 hours in advance, so we can schedule someone else. Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is expected at the time of service.


After Hours

It is to your benefit to address a problem as early in the day as possible. For life threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the hospital emergency room, Sedona Medical Center Emergency Room or Sedona Urgent Care.
